Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to oversee the Instagram presence of five distinct brands. The role focuses on delivering a sleek, minimalistic aesthetic through daily Stories and high‑impact reels while engaging the community and reinforcing each brand’s voice.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually captivating daily Instagram Stories and reels that match a modern, minimal design language.
• Edit sharp, engaging reels using appropriate fonts, text alignment, and lowercase styling.
• Write witty, emotionally resonant captions that support visual storytelling.
• Manage community interaction: respond to DMs, comments, and engage with similar brands.
• Allocate at least 15 minutes each day to audience engagement and interactive tactics such as Q&A sessions or quizzes.
• Monitor Instagram algorithms and analytics to optimize reach and growth.
• Organize multiple projects using ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable.

Required profile

• Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for witty, on‑brand communication.
• Strong minimalistic design sense and experience creating cohesive Instagram feeds.
• Minimum 1 year of social‑media management experience, preferably on Instagram.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently.
