About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to create short‑form video content that showcases our AI‑driven automation services for real‑estate agents. The role focuses on producing fast‑paced, direct, and sometimes controversial 60‑90 second videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with the aim of growing our follower base from 1 K to 10 K and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a short‑form video strategy targeting real‑estate agents with annual sales of $2 M‑$20 M.
• Produce 60‑90 second videos in a Q&A format, using real‑estate examples and controversial takes to capture attention.
• Identify and model successful content by reviewing three reference reels or shorts each candidate provides.
• Monitor performance metrics, grow follower count, and convert viewers into leads for NurtureBeast services.
• Collaborate with the automation team to ensure messaging aligns with product capabilities.

• Analytical approach to evaluate content performance and iterate quickly.
