Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

Activate Talent is looking for a skilled and passionate Social Media Manager to shape its voice and presence across social media platforms. The role calls for someone experienced in content creation, audience engagement and analytics-driven strategies, helping to build community, drive traffic and strengthen customer loyalty. It is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary based on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the brand and business goals
• Create, schedule and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest
• Engage with users to build community and customer relationships
• Monitor trends, track performance metrics and optimise content for engagement
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on marketing content
• Prepare regular performance reports and give insights for strategy
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment
• Creative mindset; graphic design tool experience is a plus

Required skills

• Social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or equivalent
• Understanding of social media metrics, analytics and growth strategies
• SEO and content marketing knowledge is advantageous
