Social Media Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Social Media Sales Specialist to join a fast‑growing travel and hospitality company. The role focuses on turning social media engagement into real sales opportunities by interacting directly with users who comment on or message about vacation deals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and engage with followers on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms in real time.
• Respond to comments, direct messages and inquiries, providing accurate information about destinations, resorts and travel offers.
• Deliver personalized quotes, booking guidance and reservation links through private messages.
• Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, quotes and conversions in a CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer‑service teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Near‑native fluency in English (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of experience in social media engagement, social commerce, digital customer service or online sales.
• Proven ability to generate or support sales through social media platforms.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume customer conversations and sales opportunities simultaneously.
