Software Architect

About the role

We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead complex, cross‑team initiatives that span architecture, client engagement, and execution. The role operates at both system and organizational levels, turning ambiguity into clear solutions, influencing stakeholders, and delivering high‑quality results. You will work directly with external clients and internal teams to design scalable systems, prototype solutions, and translate strategy into actionable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects involving architecture design and client interaction.
• Design and implement scalable, distributed systems and APIs.
• Prototype solutions to validate technical approaches and business requirements.
• Influence stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure alignment and high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical standards across the organization.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong background in client‑facing or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to influence across teams and drive system modernization.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.

Required skills

• JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js, React)
• Python (backend or data workflows)
• Design of distributed systems and APIs
• Event‑driven architectures, GraphQL, microservices
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
