Software Architect

About the role

TP is looking for a senior Software Architect to lead the technical design of its software products, platforms and AI‑enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable and maintainable architectures and ensure they stay robust from design through production.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain end‑to‑end architecture covering components, deployment, data, integrations and operations.
• Document decisions via ADRs, blueprints and reference architectures, and act as design authority for the scope.
• Guide engineering teams on critical component design, technical spikes, prototypes and risk mitigation.
• Design cloud‑native, hybrid or multi‑cloud solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP, including containers, Kubernetes, serverless and IaC.
• Integrate AI/ML, LLMs and vector stores with secure, decoupled patterns and operational guardrails.

Required profile

• 10+ years in software engineering and 5+ years in software architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven experience delivering cloud‑native, highly available distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one enterprise stack.NET/C#, Java/Kotlin, TypeScript/Node.js or Python.
• Experience integrating AI/ML or GenAI capabilities into production applications.
• Strong communication skills to work with multidisciplinary and non‑technical stakeholders.
