Software Architect (.Net/Angular) – Hybrid – Bogotá

About the role

We are looking for a Software Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership in designing, modernizing, and optimizing enterprise applications. The role is based in Bogotá and operates in a hybrid model, requiring deep expertise in full‑stack development and AI integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture for full‑stack applications using Angular, C#, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
• Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and high‑performing enterprise solutions.
• Drive application modernization, system integration, performance optimization, and technical governance.
• Lead architectural reviews, code reviews, debugging, and technical decision‑making.
• Collaborate with product, design, development, and business teams across distributed environments.
• Identify and implement AI/GenAI capabilities and automation opportunities within enterprise applications.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for application and AI initiatives.
• Promote Agile practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, systems design, or architecture.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting or leading AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI adoption in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, security, privacy, reliability, and compliance.
• Experience with application modernization, integration, architectural patterns, API design, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated testing, and modern development practices.
