Software QA Engineer – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior QA Auditor to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of recruitment audits. The position is fully remote and focuses on complex, high‑impact cases while guiding junior auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex, sensitive, and high‑impact recruitment audits.
• Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls and standardize evaluation criteria across the audit team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or related auditing roles.
• Proven track record auditing senior, specialized, and high‑volume recruitment positions.
• Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating junior auditors.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• SQL (nice to have for data analysis).
