About the role

The Manufacturing Production Worker will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment in our Dosquebradas facility. This full‑time, onsite position supports Hitachi Energy's manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machining, processing, assembly, or packaging equipment.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods according to production schedules.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects, and initiate re‑manufacturing when necessary.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.

Required profile

• Experienced Para‑Professional (S2) with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, obtained through work experience or vocational training.
• Works under moderate supervision; handles routine problems and can interpret standard procedures.
• Communicates information that may require explanation or interpretation.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to follow production specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
