Solution Architect - LATAM Telecommunications

About the role

A Solution Architect is sought to join the LATAM team and support the design and delivery of technology solutions for customers in the telecommunications sector. The role covers enterprise architecture, technical delivery and close collaboration with regional customers and product, engineering and project management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design enterprise architecture: define technical solutions and architectures aligned with customer requirements, focusing on robust telecommunications and Business Support Systems (BSS)
• Translate complex business needs into scalable Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and effective technical solutions for multi-drop delivery
• Partner with regional customers, Product, Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Lead alignment workshops, technical discussions, architecture workshops, solution demonstrations and software release planning with key stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, the proposed architecture and industry standards throughout the software lifecycle
• Use AI-driven workflows and agile tools to automate documentation, map requirements and streamline project tracking

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect with a proven track record in the telecommunications sector and enterprise BSS delivery
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken) to manage regional clients and international development teams
• Ability to thrive in international, multicultural environments with a customer-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on-site

Required skills

• Deep understanding of software integrations and frameworks such as TM Forum (TMF) and SID data models
• Hands-on experience designing architectural patterns and using cloud-based solutions
• Practical experience using AI agents to streamline software development, engineering processes and requirement mapping
