Solutions Integration Manager – Agent Suite (Americas)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Solutions Integration Manager to lead the delivery of Agent Suite AI solutions across the Americas. You will act as a systems‑thinking generalist, guiding end‑to‑end integration projects while ensuring data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of proposals and manage full‑cycle Agentic AI integration projects.
• Serve as the technical authority for the integration, coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Consolidate learnings from engagements into reusable practice assets.
• Identify risks and opportunities across the value chain, maintaining project momentum.
• Manage relationships with clients in highly regulated industries, upholding compliance standards.
