Sourcing Analyst – Procurement Support

About the role

Visa is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to support daily purchasing activities, ensuring the procurement of supplies, equipment, and services in line with global policies. You will collaborate with category leads, internal business partners, and vendors to drive efficient sourcing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with sourcing analysts and category managers on sourcing initiatives.
• Validate purchase requests for accuracy, approvals, and contract compliance.
• Interact with vendors and internal customers to resolve transactional issues.
• Draft and execute low to moderately complex contracts and orders.
• Maintain spend dashboards and enter data into procurement systems.
• Provide project management oversight and support to internal customers via phone and email.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree with fewer years of experience).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance regulations.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.

Required skills

• Experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot.
