Sourcing Team Lead

About the role

Kenvue, a global consumer care company, is recruiting a Sourcing Team Lead in Bogota, Colombia, reporting to the Procurement Sourcing Manager (LATAM + NAL). The role covers end-to-end sourcing of supplies and services for tactical and delegated spend, including contracting, and leads a team of specialists supporting categories such as Marketing, HR & Business Services, R&D, IT Services and Capital, Construction and Facilities Services. The work location is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5+ Sourcing Specialists across categories, prioritizing projects to deliver defined savings and service targets.
• Manage the full end-to-end sourcing process, including supplier negotiations, sourcing events and evaluation of results.
• Receive, analyze and resolve supplier inquiries, disputes and payment discrepancies.
• Create draft contracts from approved templates, negotiate full contract terms and manage contracts from creation through supplier signature, storing them in the Kenvue CLM system.
• Handle contract amendments and escalate issues to Legal & Compliance or subject-matter experts when needed.
• Support change management, compliance improvement education and alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sourcing / contract management experience, including drafting, review and negotiation.
• Experience leading and coaching multicultural teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance or a related field; Master's degree desirable.
• Experience in indirect procurement in the consumer goods industry is desired.

Required skills

• Leadership, communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presenting complex information in English.
• Change management skills are highly required.
