Spanish Bilingual Real Estate Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑bilingual Real Estate Receptionist to serve as the main point of contact for a multi‑venture property management company. This remote, full‑time position involves handling high‑volume residential and commercial leasing calls, routing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in our property‑management system.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high‑volume incoming calls related to residential and commercial real estate inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on leasing, property management, and general real‑estate topics.
• Document call details and update notes in the Appfolio property‑management system.
• Route calls to property managers or leasing agents when specialized assistance is required.
• Manage voicemail messages and ensure timely follow‑up with clients.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• 3–4 years of experience in property management, real‑estate support, or related customer‑service roles.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Appfolio or similar property‑management software.
