Sr. Business Analyst

About the role

Mastercard’s Billing Services department is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to manage pricing rate changes in the MasterCard Consolidated Billing System (MCBS). The role partners with business owners and release managers to translate new opportunities into clear functional requirements and supports the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners and release leads to define and document business and functional requirements for pricing changes.
• Coordinate review, revisions, testing, documentation, and member notification for product enhancements.
• Work closely with developers to identify data and functional requirements and ensure timely user testing and implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of Business Analyst experience with exposure to project life‑cycle activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access or relational databases.
