Sr. Business Manager, ICT Americas Region-Led Markets

About the role

The Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICT) business within Medtronic Cardiovascular focuses on Structural Heart, Coronary and Renal Denervation therapies. This role supports the Americas Region-Led Markets (RLM) organization, working with regional and country commercial leaders, marketing teams and the global ICT Operating Unit to drive growth, market development and therapy adoption. It may be based in Bogotá, Colombia or São Paulo, Brazil, follows a flex work arrangement, requires about 30% international travel and a valid visa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business strategies to grow the Structural Heart, Coronary and Renal Denervation portfolios
• Partner with country and regional leaders to identify growth opportunities, investment priorities and market-development initiatives
• Translate global portfolio strategies into regional and country-level commercial plans
• Lead business planning, forecasting, performance reviews and market analysis
• Drive product launches, customer-engagement programs and therapy-development initiatives
• Work with marketing, sales, medical affairs, clinical, market access, finance, regulatory and supply chain teams
• Build relationships with stakeholders, advocates and centers of excellence to support therapy adoption
• Represent the Americas RLM view in global ICT forums

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, or advanced degree and 8+ years, in business management, marketing, commercial strategy or market development in the medical device or healthcare industry
• 5+ years of people leadership and/or matrix leadership in a complex, multi-country organization
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with commercial, marketing, finance, clinical and regulatory stakeholders
• Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, business performance management and resource allocation
• Advanced English and Spanish; Portuguese is preferred
• Preferred: ICT experience, cardiovascular device experience in Latin America, and experience with product launches and therapy adoption programs
