Sr Finance Manager – Controllership & Financial Management

About the role

The Sr Finance Manager CFM IM Americas will lead the controllership agenda for Innovative Medicine in the Americas from Bogotá. This senior position ensures accurate financial reporting, end‑to‑end close execution, and provides actionable insights to senior finance leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own controllership of actuals, ensuring US GAAP‑compliant, timely, decision‑ready reporting.
• Lead end‑to‑end close governance, including trial balance review, cash‑flow analysis, risk assessment and final sign‑off.
• Translate financial results into clear insights for CFOs, Finance Directors and business leaders.
• Partner with Global Services Finance, Tax, Treasury and Compliance to resolve issues and strengthen controls.
• Drive simplification, automation and digital enablement across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with strong controllership and US GAAP expertise.
• At least 5 years of people‑leadership experience building high‑performing teams.
• Experience in complex matrix organizations and exposure to IFRS or local GAAP.
