Sr. Specialist, Source-to-Contract, Americas

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract (S2C) ensures that the Service Delivery Procurement S2C organization delivers results supporting the Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy. The role works directly with the business, category procurement teams and the broader function, and owns the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases and other critical activities. It is part of the Americas Service Delivery Procurement organization, primarily supporting Latin America and North America, and is based in Bogotá.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate with a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Run the day-to-day S2C operations, including sourcing event management, negotiation of price and other contract terms, contract drafting and execution, stakeholder management, SLA delivery and policy and legal compliance.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support automation and AI initiatives, acting as product owner for S2C tools and AI features: gather requirements, prioritize, test and roll out enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with key business partners to understand and influence their needs.
• Partner with Category Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT and Security to align sourcing and contracts with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs.
• Gather, document and translate data needs, data quality, data lineage, integration points and privacy/security controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree; an MBA or higher is preferred.
• 4-6 years of procurement, finance or other relevant business experience.
• Fluency in English (written and oral); fluency in another language is preferred.
• Up to 5% domestic and international travel.

Required skills

• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills; adaptability and learning agility.
• Preferred: good understanding of sourcing and contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations, and experience in the shared services industry.
• Preferred: AI judgement, analytical reasoning, business data analysis, category management strategy, negotiation, spend analysis, strategic sourcing, supplier and vendor management, and RFx management.
