Staff Product Manager – Conversational AI

About the role

Addi is scaling its AI‑powered conversational assistant, Addri, from a support prototype to the primary in‑app interface for millions of customers. You will lead the product vision, launch, and continuous improvement of conversational shopping and banking experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Launch Addri in‑app, establishing a review cadence to increase AI resolution rates, CSAT and reduce support tickets.
• Develop conversational shopping flows that drive product discovery, purchase assistance and higher conversion.
• Deploy banking and credit interactions with accurate responses and strict escalation guardrails.
• Build robust evaluation frameworks, test sets and pre‑launch quality gates to ensure zero ungated releases.
• Partner with Risk, Data and Legal to define grounding data sources, confirmation mechanics and compliance protocols.
• Deliver a business case quantifying cost savings and conversion impact for future investment.

Required profile

• Proven track record shipping customer‑facing LLM products beyond demos.
• Ability to scale early‑stage products, navigate ambiguity and iterate post‑launch.
• Experience establishing rigorous AI evaluation frameworks and quality thresholds.
• Technical fluency in Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, embeddings, prompting and tool‑use.
• Experience deploying AI in high‑stakes environments with human handoffs and safety limits.
• Native Colombian Spanish and professional English fluency.
