Staffer Skills Facilitator

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a Staffer Skills Facilitator to drive employee growth and development across the organization. In this full‑time remote position you will identify skill gaps, design and coordinate training programs, and support team members in achieving their professional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal development and performance improvement plans for employees.
• Support succession planning by identifying high‑potential talent and aligning development opportunities.
• Stay updated on workforce development trends and integrate best practices into programs.
• Promote a strong learning culture and encourage participation in development initiatives.
• Collaborate with trainers and content creators to ensure training materials meet skill requirements.
• Monitor training participation, engagement, and effectiveness, providing regular performance reports.
• Advise managers on training strategies based on performance feedback and gaps.
• Coordinate training schedules with department leaders to align with operational priorities.
• Maintain accurate training records and track progress on development initiatives.
• Conduct skills audits, training needs analysis, and gap assessments to identify development opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Skills Development roles.
• Proven experience conducting training needs analysis, skill audits, and performance evaluations.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Certification in Skills Development Facilitation or Adult Education is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
