Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards, including sauces, roasting, grilling and plating.
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Inspect all plates before service to guarantee presentation and quality.
• Maintain a clean, stocked and sanitary workstation, following food‑handling and safety protocols.
• Handle multiple tickets, assist with training, and step in for minor supervisory duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
