Strategic Communications Specialist (E‑Volunteer)

About the role

Cuso International is seeking an e‑volunteer to work remotely with the A‑Kasa Foundation in Colombia, helping to raise the visibility of initiatives that promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the business sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an integrated communications, marketing and institutional relations strategy aligned with the foundation’s business objectives.
• Create press releases, success stories, newsletters, presentations and other institutional materials while building media relationships.
• Design and launch measurable digital campaigns across social media, the website, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Produce graphic, multimedia and audiovisual assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign.

Required profile

• Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Experience developing strategic communications, institutional positioning and digital marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to build relationships with press, radio, television and digital media.
