About the role

Join BairesDev’s new consulting capability as a Strategic Consultant, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You will partner directly with senior leaders to solve complex business problems and turn strategic vision into concrete execution.

Key responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear analytical frameworks.
• Identify growth, efficiency, or transformation opportunities.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and detailed roadmaps.
• Collaborate with client executives and internal delivery teams.
• Support discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Product Manager or equivalent strategic role.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and technology.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
