About the role
IBM Finance & Operations is seeking a Strategic Buyer to lead analytical and efficient sourcing processes aligned with business objectives in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies.
- Lead sourcing projects and negotiate with strategic suppliers.
- Analyze market trends to identify improvement and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize purchasing processes and guarantee supply continuity.
Required profile
- Professional degree in Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic procurement within the pharmaceutical or health sector.
- Knowledge of Category Management, contract management and spend analysis.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- ERP systems proficiency.
