Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

An international company in the industrial and manufacturing sector is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities across assigned categories, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure competitive sourcing and cost optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and sourcing activities for assigned categories.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers.
• Analyze quotations, pricing and commercial conditions.
• Support cost optimization, total cost of ownership (TCO) and sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and procurement KPIs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
• Solid experience in Purchasing / Procurement, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with suppliers, sourcing and negotiations.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
