About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Talent Sourcer to support our U.S.-based recruiting teams. This remote position focuses on market‑research‑style sourcing, building intentional talent pipelines across technical, executive, and operational roles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research to identify target talent pools across multiple industries.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to role seniority, technical complexity, and market dynamics.
• Map competitor talent, analyze hiring trends, and provide proactive outreach recommendations.
• Build structured pipelines that serve both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, AI‑driven sourcing tools, Google Chrome extensions, and automation platforms.
• Provide insights on talent availability and U.S. market dynamics.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of recruiting experience with a primary focus on talent sourcing.
• Hands‑on experience supporting U.S. hiring teams and sourcing U.S. candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written English skills and ability to craft customized outreach.
• Proven success working fully remotely and excellent organizational follow‑through.
