Strategy & Operations Consultant

About the role

Join Gallagher’s Internal Consulting team as a Strategy & Operations Consultant, where you will partner with senior leaders and operational teams to tackle complex business process challenges. You will use data‑driven analysis to shape solutions and guide implementation from planning through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify process‑improvement opportunities and develop business cases.
• Document current‑state and future‑state processes, and create performance metrics.
• Support market entry, profitability, and growth‑strategy studies.
• Develop action plans, implementation materials, reports, training content, and project updates.
• Present recommendations to senior leaders and help drive performance‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of management‑consulting experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and business judgment.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is a plus.
