About the role
We are looking for a Summer Student to join our administrative team at ScotiaGBS in Bogota. This short‑term position offers hands‑on experience supporting call‑center operations and internal reporting while working in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and monitor inbound calls, providing assistance and supervising call quality.
- Prepare, consolidate and upload daily and weekly reports to SharePoint.
- Maintain and update data in Microsoft Excel and coordinate team activities using Microsoft Teams.
- Support the administrative team with ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Current university student pursuing a degree in business administration, finance or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
