About the role
The Supervisor de Comisariato will ensure smooth operations of the commissary area, supporting airline and airport catering services. You will coordinate staff, manage schedules, and uphold food safety and operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee compliance with all company procedures for operations.
- Receive client observations and requests and communicate them promptly to the kitchens.
- Schedule shifts to ensure proper rotation and coverage of all operations.
- Control overtime, verifying justification and reassign tasks as needed.
- Report any situations that could affect food safety or staff security.
- Generate operation reports highlighting any impacts.
- Conduct packing reviews, informing staff of airline‑generated changes.
- Report personnel updates such as sick leave and workplace accidents.
