About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead the assigned shift in our aviation catering facilities. The role ensures timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with client specifications while supporting a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned shift, meeting delivery times, quality targets and client specifications.
• Review and verify airline and industrial order details, focusing on correct quantities, and communicate requirements to the production team.
• Ensure hand‑over to the incoming supervisor, reporting all shift updates and incidents.
• Organise production bank deliveries and keep cold rooms orderly and clean at shift end.
• Prepare line‑by‑line scheduling sheets according to standardized work procedures.
• Identify re‑work or over‑production, coordinate with other areas and develop corrective action plans.
• Monitor internal delivery agreements between departments to guarantee KPI compliance.
• Control the use of raw materials, inputs and supplies to minimise waste.
• Participate in level‑1 management meetings and attend level‑2 meetings as required.
• Update daily performance indicators on management dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong focus, discipline and ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Experience supervising production operations in a food‑service or aviation catering setting.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams.
