About the role

The Internal Roads Supervisor will lead the execution of internal roads, crane platforms and associated drainage works for a wind farm project in La Guajira. The role ensures that all civil works meet design tolerances and are ready for turbine installation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate construction of internal roads, crane platforms, berms and drainage systems.
• Verify compaction, slopes, radii and tolerances required for crane operations and turbine transport.
• Manage opening and closing of road sections to guarantee safety and sequencing of installation.
• Control environmental aspects such as erosion, water management and loan material usage.
• Produce and maintain test records, topographic surveys and release documentation for site readiness.
• Report any restrictions related to road or platform conditions.

Required profile

• Civil Engineer or Technologist with 7+ years experience in the energy sector.
• At least 3 years of specific experience in internal road and platform construction for wind farms.
• Proven ability to work with civil coordinators, assembly supervisors, topographers, logistics, HSE and environmental teams.

Required skills

• Production control and coordination with assembly and lifting activities.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings and tolerance specifications.
• Design and implementation of drainage and stability solutions.
• Experience with industrial road and platform construction, preferably in wind energy projects.
