Supplier Collaboration Manager - Strategic Sourcing

About the role

Nokia is looking for a Supplier Collaboration Manager in its NI Strategic Sourcing function. The role ensures optimal supply chain performance for Memories by building strong partnerships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders, using data analytics and scenario planning to secure timely material availability for manufacturing locations worldwide. Key responsibilities

• Drive proactive supplier collaboration and ensure robust material availability for Memories.
• Foster strong relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve teamwork and communication.
• Manage material escalations proactively and resolve supply chain issues so materials arrive on time.
• Develop solutions to mitigate supply issues and prevent future material shortages.
• Act as a single point of contact for supplier allocation issues, working with all NI business development teams.
• Use analytical tools to assess and optimise the global supply position and address market constraints.
• Work with Category Management, Materials Management and Data Management teams to gather requirements and deliver reports and analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement and supplier performance, sharing best practices across teams.
• Present findings and strategic insights clearly to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics or a closely related technical field.
• Proven experience in supplier relationship management and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to prioritise and work under pressure.
• Nice to have: experience with continuous improvement initiatives, familiarity with global supply chain challenges, and knowledge of semiconductor industry trends and memory components.

• Advanced data management and visualisation tools, including Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modelling, PowerAutomate).
