Supply Chain Officer – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Officer to own end‑to‑end execution of customer order management for our key grocery accounts. This fully remote position supports major retail partners while ensuring high fill rates, compliance, and strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: receive, validate, and enter retail POs (EDI/manual), confirming quantities, pricing, ship windows and routing.
• Order Risk & Exception Management: identify inventory or production risks, work with Supply Chain and Planning to mitigate, and communicate cuts, delays or push‑outs to customers.
• Customer Communication: act as primary contact for assigned mass accounts, respond to inquiries within same‑day SLA and provide clear status updates.
• Execution & Compliance: ensure orders meet retailer compliance (routing, labeling, ASN accuracy) and maintain accurate records to reduce chargebacks.

Required profile

• Location: 100% remote, must reside in Cali, Jamundi, Puerto Tejada or Santander de Quilichao.
• Language: Advanced English (C1 or higher).
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer service, order management or supply chain (CPG preferred).
• Retail exposure: experience with FedEx, Target, DoorDash or Walmart accounts is a plus.
