Supply Chain & Operations Manager (LATAM)
Super Speciosa · Bogota
Job description
About the role
Super Organics, a portfolio of wellness and supplement brands based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is hiring a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Manager. The role keeps products in stock, manages purchasing and production commitments and delivers measurable savings in packaging, inventory and shipping. It is fully remote, based in Colombia, Mexico or Argentina, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, reporting to the CEO and working closely with the COO.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain SKU-level forecasts and replenishment plans, identify stockout risks and create purchase orders while balancing availability against working capital.
- Act as the operational contact for manufacturers and packaging suppliers, securing commitments and following up on production, quality release, pricing, quantities and delivery dates.
- Sourcing and cost savings: compare domestic and international packaging suppliers by landed cost, quality and lead times, coordinate artwork and packaging, and measure realized savings.
- Own quality and compliance follow-through, including documented product release, hold and disposition decisions, and familiarity with dietary supplement cGMP (21 CFR Part 111).
- Coordinate testing, label compliance reviews, lot traceability, complaint records and recall readiness.
- Coordinate receiving, inventory accuracy, fulfillment and exceptions, reconcile purchase orders, shipments, receipts and invoices, and analyze parcel, freight and packaging costs.
- Build spreadsheets, dashboards and SOPs showing stock coverage, at-risk SKUs, purchasing needs, order status and savings.
Required profile
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory planning or production planning for physical consumer products.
- Direct experience coordinating contract manufacturers, suppliers and warehouse or 3PL operations.
- Familiarity with dietary supplement cGMP under 21 CFR Part 111 and outsourced manufacturing responsibilities.
- Professional spoken and written English; based in Colombia, Mexico or Argentina and available during U.S. business hours.
- Comfortable learning inventory, ERP, warehouse and accounting systems; supplement-industry experience strongly preferred.
Required skills
- Excel or Google Sheets: formulas, lookups and pivot tables for forecasting, replenishment and reporting.
- Tracking purchase orders through production, receipt and invoice reconciliation.
What we offer
- Pay of USD 2,500 to 4,500 per month, depending on experience.
- Fully remote work with a globally distributed team.
- Paid time off and holidays.
- Direct access to leadership; benefit eligibility depends on location and hiring arrangement.
