Support Consultant - Midstream (Hybrid)

Quorum Software, a technology and professional services company serving the energy industry, is hiring a Support Consultant in Bogota, Colombia, on a hybrid model. The role sits within a global team delivering client support, and suits people who enjoy solving problems quickly in a fast-paced technical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a backlog of customer issues, covering the ticket lifecycle: triage, defect documentation, testing, resolution guidance and meeting SLA timelines.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams such as product and engineering to resolve customer issues.
• Take resolved issues and curate them into a knowledge base.
• Provide periodic after-hours support for critical issues and take part in a formal on-call rotation.
• Set achievable goals and deadlines and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; degrees in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or similar are preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience providing software solution support.
• Foundational understanding of SQL and the ability to read C++ or C# code to understand process logic.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Employment eligibility in Colombia; the company does not sponsor visas, and the candidate must maintain any required visa or permit.
• Successful completion of background checks (criminal history, education, employment, driver's license and passport/ID verification).
• Onboarding medical examination required under Colombian legislation.

Required skills

• SQL and basic C++ or C# reading.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA and ADO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
