Surgical Vision Global Finance Leader

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is seeking a Lead to support the Country Finance Manager service delivery model for Global Surgical Vision. Based in Bogotá, this senior finance position provides controllership services, ensures accurate US GAAP reporting, and drives financial transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate month‑end close, own monthly sales, trial balance, income statement and balance sheet reviews for 21 MRCs.
• Ensure SOX compliance, support internal and external audits, and maintain accurate financial statements for external reporting.
• Act as strategic finance advisor to business units, providing insights for planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Lead process standardization and digital tool adoption to improve efficiency across markets.
• Develop and lead a high‑performing finance team in Latin America, champion DE&I and employee engagement.

Required profile

• 8+ years progressive finance experience, including shared services and commercial finance.
• 3+ years people‑management experience.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and ability to influence in matrixed organizations.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience supporting North America market and navigating multicultural environments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP, CFIN and AFO (preferred).
• US GAAP financial reporting.
• Digital finance tools and process‑optimization expertise.
