Systems Engineer – New College Graduate 2026 (LATAM)

About the role

RRS Group is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Systems Engineer, New College Grad – 2026, to join its technology team supporting infrastructure, cloud platforms, and emerging AI‑driven operational initiatives. This position offers recent graduates hands‑on experience with enterprise systems, cloud technologies, automation, and data‑driven infrastructure management in a fast‑paced real estate and property‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server, storage, and GPU‑based infrastructure.
• Support cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Shell, Java, or JavaScript.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health.
• Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure modernization and operational improvements.
• Participate in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues.
• Document infrastructure, generate reports, and drive process improvements.
• Utilize Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze operational metrics.
• Explore integration of Generative AI tools into infrastructure management.
• Support incident response, security monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster‑recovery procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, IT or related field, graduating between May 2025 and August 2026.
• Less than 6 months of full‑time relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Programming/scripting: Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, Perl, Shell scripting.
• Operating systems: Linux/Unix system administration.
• Hardware platforms: Dell, HPE, Supermicro, NVIDIA GPU systems.
