Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted search strategies for executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage the full offer process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Develop and leverage professional networks to source high‑caliber talent.
• Research market trends to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Document recruitment processes and candidate interactions in detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication skills (mandatory).
• Proven experience recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent analytical and assessment capabilities.
