Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to own end‑to‑end recruitment for management and leadership positions in Barranquilla and Bogota. The role works closely with senior stakeholders to ensure hiring aligns with business needs and market conditions while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with senior business leaders to define hiring requirements and selection criteria.
• Manage high‑volume or complex recruitment pipelines, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Utilise data‑driven insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Proven ability to manage complex or high‑volume recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in BPO or fast‑growing environments is a plus.
