Talent Acquisition Partner – Global Talent Services

About the role

Sanofi is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Global Talent Services team in the Bogotá Hub. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for North America & Canada, supporting high‑volume hiring (3000+ positions annually) while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from sourcing to selection, ensuring quality of hire.
• Develop data‑driven attraction strategies, share market intelligence, and optimise metrics such as time‑to‑hire and quality of hire.
• Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, positioning talent acquisition as a strategic business pillar.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Management and global teams to align talent strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor TA SLAs/KPIs, provide regular hiring status reports, and maintain data compliance across Workday, job boards and social media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience recruiting top talent in a global Centre of Excellence environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, processes and technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems, specifically Workday.
