Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Provectus, a leading AI and data consultancy, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment and HR initiatives across Latin America and North America. You will partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, ensure a great candidate experience, and support the company’s growth with data‑driven hiring strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, craft job descriptions, and design talent strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for positions in Colombia, Costa Rica, the United States, and Canada, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience that reflects Provectus’ values.
• Develop talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and relationships with universities and industry groups.
• Leverage data and market intelligence to improve recruitment processes and support workforce planning.

Required profile

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or technology‑focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, talent management practices, and recruitment workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.
