Talent Acquisition Process Specialist (Remote)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Specialist to manage daily transactions related to the client’s talent acquisition processes. The role is fully remote and supports high‑volume hiring for BPO and operational environments across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes, aligning with business needs and operational targets.
• Support high‑volume hiring in BPO and operational settings, prioritising requisitions based on business demand.
• Monitor, analyse and report recruitment metrics, KPIs and team performance against established goals.
• Analyse data to identify trends, support data‑driven decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment process information in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries to ensure efficient recruitment operations and timely staffing fulfillment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Solid experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in BPO or operational environments.
• Experience monitoring and analysing recruitment metrics, KPIs and team performance.
• Intermediate English proficiency and ability to work overnight shifts and public holidays as needed.
• Availability to work 100% remotely.
