Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

The Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support DePuy Synthes’ business growth across the region. This full‑cycle recruiting position partners closely with hiring managers and ensures a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting activities including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities and timelines.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, internal databases and social platforms.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in applicant tracking systems and report recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws and data‑privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate‑engagement skills.
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
