Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

The Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support DePuy Synthes’ business growth across the region. This full‑cycle recruitment position partners closely with hiring managers and ensures a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting activities, from requisition intake to onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms.
• Conduct screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in applicant tracking systems and report metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data‑privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably corporate or agency.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate‑engagement abilities.
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English; Portuguese a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Microsoft Office suite.
