Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Recruiter

About the role

Carepod is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting for mid‑level positions across multiple functions and regions. You will partner with hiring managers to define role needs, source candidates globally, and ensure a smooth, high‑quality hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑level roles in Marketing, Operations, Customer Support and other functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview workflows.
• Source and recruit candidates across different regions and time zones, handling remote hiring processes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
• Track candidate progress, improve recruiting workflows and support reporting on hiring metrics.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably across multiple industries.
• Proven ability to recruit mid‑level roles end‑to‑end and manage global, remote hiring.
• Resourceful and able to find talent in competitive markets.
• Highly responsive, balancing speed with quality while keeping stakeholders aligned.
