Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Amrize is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People Team. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for operational, professional, leadership and SOX compliance positions while enhancing employer branding and hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for assigned roles, ensuring high‑quality hires and a positive candidate experience.
• Source and recruit talent for operational, professional, leadership, and SOX compliance positions across the organization.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver efficient recruitment solutions.
• Develop market‑mapping and talent‑intelligence reports to support hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and SLAs, using data to improve outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
• Strengthen employer‑branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and Communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in multinational organizations.
• Proven experience recruiting SOX compliance, operational, professional and leadership profiles.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with G Suite.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
