Talent Acquisition Training & Capability Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Training & Capability Lead to drive global training, capability‑building and transformation initiatives within the TA function. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will translate strategy into practical, high‑impact deliverables that boost recruiter effectiveness, especially across EMEA and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of TA capability, digital and AI enablement workstreams.
• Own specific global program workstreams such as AI pilots, digital tool rollouts and capability sprints.
• Manage timelines, milestones and stakeholder communications to ensure consistent regional delivery.
• Design and deliver AI capability programs (e.g., Copilot, sourcing automation, screening tools) and create practical guidance, use cases and learning content.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed digital‑first ways of working, data‑driven decision‑making and automation.
• Develop high‑quality learning assets, including training materials, AI playbooks, prompt libraries and job aids.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading training or capability programs in a talent acquisition or HR context.
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools and digital recruitment technologies.
• Ability to design learning content and develop instructional assets.
