Talent and Culture Manager

About the role

Tigo is looking for a Talent and Culture Manager to lead the company's holistic management of talent and culture: attracting and selecting the right people, supporting their performance and recognition, and planning the talent needed today and in the future. The position strengthens the employee experience throughout their career and strengthens the employer brand. It reports to the VP of People and leads a team of three people.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection: define the attraction strategy, supervise hiring processes and ensure quality and cultural fit; ensure vacancy requests are complete and well justified.
• Performance management: design and run evaluation, feedback and calibration processes so people receive fair and consistent assessments across areas.
• Acknowledgement programs: design and operate programmes that recognise contributions and reinforce desired behaviours.
• Talent planning: identify and develop key talent, manage skills planning (current capabilities, gaps and how to cover them) and prioritise internal mobility and growth.
• Culture: promote practices and habits that support the company culture and measure how employees live it.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields; a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related areas is desirable.
• Minimum 8 years in human resources, including at least 3 years leading teams.
• English at intermediate to advanced level.
