About the role

As a Talent Efficiency Analyst at BairesDev, you will ensure quality and consistency across Talent Acquisition processes by auditing candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications. Your detailed analysis will directly influence hiring standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, ensuring adherence to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with high accuracy.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
• Experience auditing operational processes.
• Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
