Talent Partner Assistant (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

FullStack is looking for a detail‑oriented Talent Partner Assistant to support its recruiting and account management teams. This remote position is based in Colombia and focuses on maintaining accurate talent data, preparing candidate presentations, and ensuring smooth internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update records in internal platforms and databases.
• Enter client hiring requirements promptly and keep data aligned with business needs.
• Conduct regular data reviews and audits to maintain data integrity.
• Format and develop accurate candidate profiles for client presentations.
• Prepare and distribute informational and technical materials for recruiting and account teams.
• Support internal audits, compliance activities, and operational processes.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive workflows and improve efficiency.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Recruiting, and Account Management to align on requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to streamline candidate‑to‑vacancy matching.
• Partner with Account Managers to address client staffing needs and maintain satisfaction.
• Assist in generating basic talent pipeline and coverage reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Familiarity with IT terminology, processes, and systems.
